How to locate an attendee's MotorsportReg account

When a participant has an existing MotorsportReg.com account but you can't see it, you can "promote" these accounts to your organization's database.
Go to People (in the left settings) → Add New (+ icon)
Enter the participant's email address → Search
If a record is found click Promote to add them to your People Database
Note: Adding an attendee to your People list will opt them in for your email lists. Member types such as "Inactive" or "Deleted" are members who have opt out or unsubscribed from your organizer account.
