Why can't I see the information I want to collect in the entry product?

NOTE: Classes, Groups, etc. have to be set up in your organization's settings and then selected in an event segment before you can choose it as part of an entry package.

  1. Make sure you've first set up the classes and groups you are trying to collect in the Organizational settings:

  2. View the Event Segment and select the information you want the Entry Package to collect (ie - check the classes and groups that you want to allow).
  3.  Check that the information in the entry package is what you want to collect from the attendee on the registration form (i.e. Vehicle info, groups, classes)
