Why can't I see the information I want to collect in the entry product?
NOTE: Classes, Groups, etc. have to be set up in your organization's settings and then selected in an event segment before you can choose it as part of an entry package.
- Make sure you've first set up the classes and groups you are trying to collect in the Organizational settings:
- View the Event Segment and select the information you want the Entry Package to collect (ie - check the classes and groups that you want to allow).
- Check that the information in the entry package is what you want to collect from the attendee on the registration form (i.e. Vehicle info, groups, classes)
