Why can't I see groups, classes or numbers on the Entry List?
You can only display the information you are collecting. Here are a few things to check:
You have checked those things you want to display in the Entry List.
Your entry package is collecting the information you want to display.
- Your Event Segment specifies the information you want to collect in the assigner.
The Entry List is cached and may take up to 20 minutes after you've corrected the issue for the list to refresh.
