Why does my member report show more attendees than my event?
There are two different classifications of the people in your organization:
- your member database (people subscribed to your organization)
- and attendees that have registered for your events.
A person may appear in your member database even though they have not yet registered for an event. You may add them manually, or they may be added to your member database by:
- Registering for an event
- Viewing the registration form but not completing the registration
- Adding your organization to their profile to hear about upcoming events
If you have an attendee who believes they have registered, and they appear in your member database but not on the list of attendees for your event - they likely have an incomplete registration.
They can complete their registration by going to their Dashboard → Finish Registering Now.
