Why doesn't the information show up on the Entry List?

To make the list visible or update the information that is displayed:

  1. Event → Settings → Entry List
  2. Uncheck "Restrict Visibility to registered attendees only and hide from public?
  3. Check/uncheck the boxes in front of any of the fields to be displayed and Save.

The Entry List is cached - it may take up to 20 minutes after you've corrected the issue for the list to refresh.
