Q: When will I receive my gift card?
A: Gift cards should be issued to the purchaser's email address immediately after purchase.
Q: How do I redeem a virtual gift card?
A: Upon checkout, select "Add Gift Card", enter the code and hit "Apply."
Q: My credit is worth more than the registration. Where do the extra funds go?
A: Any overage will be stored in your account. Just go to My Account > Outstanding Credits.
Q: Can I share my codes with my friends?
A: Codes can be shared and gifted until they're redeemed.
Q: I didn't receive the email with my codes. What do I do?
A: Check your spam folder. If you don't see it there, please contact msrhelp@motorsportreg.com for assistance.
Q: Will my (significant other) be able to see that I purchased the gift card?
A: Only if they check your email or you accidentally leave the printed page out 🙂
Q: What happens to my virtual gift card if I need to cancel my registration?
A: If you are due a refund as per the event terms, the organizer will manually reissue the credit back to your account.
