New FB - Where do I find the co-driver picker? (team picker)

The co-driver picker (now team picker) is now located under the questions category in the parts bin.

From the Form Layout, select Parts Bin >> Question

Select Team picker:

Label as desired:

Click "save".

From the Parts Bin, drag to the Form Layout:
