This empowers attendees to choose the most cost-effective option while providing complete transparency on upfront costs. The Fee Pass-Through feature applies to events charged at registration, waitlisted, or deferred. If a registration is modified, the processing fee will be recalculated based on the current rates.
Example of your attendees Fee Pass-through Experience
To begin using Fee Pass through, head to Settings >> Account Options and check the Fee Pass-Though box.
Typically, you would Enable or disable both the bank account and credit card fee pass through - check with eo to confirm.
Note: Enabling fee pass through will only apply to new registrations. It will not apply to any existing registrations.
Per Nicole, when we rolled out with fee pass through, the event organizers eventmaster had the option to choose this feature from Account Options, premium plan options - by checking the fee pass through box. We can pull a redash report to see who was the last to either able or disable the feature but we cannot see every action taken. The last action will override the previous one. 1/2026 BK
