How do I setup Google and Meta pixels?

Premium and White Label plan customers can add their Google Analytics ID and Meta pixel ID to track visitors and conversion related to their events on MotorsportReg.com. This provides you a wealth of insight including click-through data from your email marketing campaigns.

This enhanced feature will allow you to track the performance of email and paid social campaigns. Conversion events include the dollar amount of the registration to help calculate ROI on your marketing campaigns. 

How to setup Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixels

  1. Login to MotorsportReg as a Staff or EventMaster
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account Options
  3. Paste your Google Analytics and/or Meta ID's into the correspodning fields. Google Analytics ID's start with G-XXXXXX and Meta pixel ID's are a series of numbers.

Tracked events

  • A page view event is tracked when a person lands on the event landing page. 
  • A begin checkout event is tracked when a person completes their registration form and lands on the Confirm & Pay screen to enter payment details. This event includes the dollar amount of their event registration.
  • A purchase event is tracked after a user successfully makes a payment. This event includes the dollar amount of their event registration.
