How to redeem a discount code for an attendee
- Open the attendee registration → scroll down to Packages & Payments
- Use the Offline Payment choice to add the discount or credit
- Fill in the details and Save Payment. The attendee's packages and payments should add a line item showing the discount.
Note: Any admin additions do not notify the attendee automatically. If they need to be aware of an update, use the Email Blaster to reach out and let them know about changes.
