How to open an event for registration
- Go to the Settings of the event → Basic Settings
- Under Event Visible? toggle to Public on calendar and search engines → Save
By default, a new or freshly-cloned event will default to not visible. This controls whether the event shows up on the master MotorsportReg calendar. While you are configuring your event we recommend leaving the event as not visible until you are ready to go live.
Private/Invite-only events
- On Event Settings, keep visibility set to Private
- Send out the Permalink (or short URL if used) to your list of invited attendees, or post this link to your usual method of communication
Note: Keeping an event Private does not post it to the MotorsportReg calendar, but will allow anyone with the link to register.
