How to recreate the "You've Got Money!" report

You can create the report on demand:

Go to the report: https://www.motorsportreg.com/em360/index.cfm/event/reports?load=FC23A95F-D525-0A00-E3764CD12EFC755C
Select the event you want from the drop-down list and click "View Report".

If your organization has not been receiving the email notifications, you can double check the treasurer's email address that they are being sent to here: https://www.motorsportreg.com/em360/index.cfm/event/profile.edit.
