How to get a financial report for my event

  1. Reports → Financials→ Event Transaction Report
  2. Choose an Event 
  3. Apply any filters and scroll down to View Report.

The report is a good go-to report for all your needs as it allows you to see the event financials in a couple of different ways: 

  • In total - at the bottom.
  • Broken out on a per pay-period (with sub totals) so that you can match it up with the deposits on the You've Got Money emails.
  • By each attendee transaction, so you have the detail view as well. 

One important point to note if you are trying to tie it out with the total on the "You've Got Money Report" or your deposit: Be sure to Click on the Filter/Group/Sort tab and set Payment Type = Online Payments only.
