Why doesn't the information show up on the Attendee List?

To make the list visible or update the information that is displayed:

  1. Event → Settings → Attendee List
  2. uncheck "Restrict Visibility to registered attendees only and hide from public?
  3. check/uncheck the boxes in front of any of the fields to be displayed and Save.

The Attendee List is cached - it may take up to 20 minutes after you've corrected the issue for the list to refresh.
