How to use the Text Block as a 1-line divider

Here is a little trick for getting a single-line text block: 

1. Enter a space in the Title Box
2. Enter your heading in the Content Box
3. Save. 

It will appear in the Form Layout as a a blank Text blockbut if you click on it, you can see the header in the content. You can also use the Preview tab in the right-hand pane to see how it will look.
