How to put a future credit on an attendee's account
Instead of a refund, you can give an attendee an in-system payment credit to be used exclusively for future events with your organization. Valid credits will be automatically applied at the time of registration.
- Find the attendee's Registration
- Go to the Payment section
- Click the Future Credit link
- Enter the information about the credit *
- Save Credit.
* Use the Note field to indicate who issued the credit and the reason the credit was given. This will come in handy later when you don't remember.
