How to put a future credit on an attendee's account

Instead of a refund, you can give an attendee an in-system payment credit to be used exclusively for future events with your organization. Valid credits will be automatically applied at the time of registration.

  1. Find the attendee's Registration
  2. Go to the Payment section
  3. Click the Future Credit link
  4. Enter the information about the credit *
  5. Save Credit.

* Use the Note field to indicate who issued the credit and the reason the credit was given. This will come in handy later when you don't remember.
