SpeedWaiver - Enable or Disable per Event

For events you may not need to collect a waiver on (virtual events, for example), you can now enable or disable the use of SpeedWaiver on a per-event basis!

Just go to Settings >> Text & Waiver and scroll down to the middle:

The phone number for SpeedWaiver collection will no longer be made available on the form.
