New FB - What is an entry product and do I need one?

If you want to sell an entry and have the attendee's names to show up on reports and the public attendee list, you need an entry product.  Entry products enforcing pricing and inventory and collect entry information, like:

• The attendee's name  
• The vehicle year, make & model
• Class, PAX/modifier, group, vehicle number

You almost always need an entry product on our registration form. If you do not include an entry product on the reg form, you likely will have data missing in your reports and entry lists.
