New FB - How to set a limit or cap registration

New Form Builder

To add a limit or cap to registration then start a waitlist:

1. Settings → Form Builder
2. Select package on the Form Layout → Edit  → Select the Part  →  Manage 
3. 
4. Edit the quantity available:

Note: If you have two registrations fees that you'd like to sell from the same inventory such as Member / Non-Member - you'll want to create a shared inventory item. Under each registration package, you'll want to make sure the original inventory is checked as well as the shared inventory. Once the limit on the shared inventory has been met - it will start a waitlist for both packages.

Classic Form Builder

To add a limit or cap to registration then start a waitlist:

1. Settings → Form Builder
2. Select package in the Parts Bin → Edit the Available in the inventory item to the limit you wish to set
3. Check Allow Waitlisting at the bottom under options → Save
