How to setup season registration or multipacks

Setting up season registration is a 3 step process

  1. Create a season event for attendee's to purchase the season bundle

  2. Add a season entry package to your first event → Clone your first event to fill out the season

    Settings for the Season Entry Package
    Price: $0 - prevents attendees from incurring a balance due
    Inventory: Map the inventory to the same inventory item being used for the regular event registration options. This ensures if you have any purchase limits, they aren't skewed by the season entries.

    Note: You'll also leave the season entry option in the parts bin so it's not accessible on the registration form by other attendee's. 

  3. Copy attendees from the season reg event to the rest of the season
