How to Process Payment after updating a registration

If you have updated an attendee's registration and they now have Monies Due, you can replicate the payment portion of the registration process to process they payment: 

  1. Select the Credit Card link (below where it shows Monies Due) 
  2. My Account tab or Credit Card tab to enter new card (you may need to scroll up)
  3. Complete Registration

NOTE: This is only possible if an attendee has an account on file. If they do not, click on their email address to send them an email and ask them to log in and click on the Billing tab and follow the instructions to Pay Now the Amount Due that is shown in the Outstanding Fee section.
