Registrations show items that were not purchased
It sounds like you may have incorrectly linked inventory items to your packages. You will need to look at your packages and make sure only the correct inventory items are selected.
- Settings → Registration Form → Parts Bin
- Click on a package ($)
- In the right-hand pane, make sure only the correct inventory items are checked. Uncheck any that are not associated with that package.
Follow this process for each of your packages until you have found the incorrect inventory items.
The good news is that your existing registrations will be corrected after you fix the discrepancy between the packages and inventory items.
