How to create an election or survey



  1. Settings (last icon in the menu bar on the left of your screen) → Surveys & Elections
  2. Add new survey (far right) 
  3. Give your election or survey a title, determine the start and end date, and set parameters for visibility and who can participate.
  4. If you need to lock the survey or election to prevent tampering, select Locked? Yes
  5. Select results parameters and post-edit options along with the maximum number of responses.
  6. Save Survey
  7. Create questions
  8. Preview using the Direct Link 
  9. Once completed, send the survye or election out using the Direct Link to copy the link address. You can then send it out using the email/text messaging blaster. 

Note: Do not submit the survey or ballot as your result will be counted towards your responses. Surveys or elections with responses cannot be deleted from your MSR organizer account.

Results

Results can be viewed:

  • In real-time by selecting Results from within the survey
  • From the Survey List, click on see results

To download and share the results, start from the Survey List > click see results > Download a spreadsheet of these results.
