How to update permalink (venue or name does not match)

If you've updated the name or venue for your event and the permalink no longer matches, you'll just need to do a quick refresh for the event.

1. Event Settings → Basic Settings 
2. Update Event Visible? status from Public → Private - direct link only → Save 
3. Then switch back, Private → Public → Save 

This will refresh the event and update the permalink.

NOTE: This will not work if the event has already been set to "public" and there are already registrations for the event.
