Fee Pass-Through

Fee pass-through allows you the choice to transfer credit card and ACH payment processing fees to your attendee.

To ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for your customers, we’ve clearly outlined the fees for each payment method during checkout. This empowers attendees to choose the most cost-effective option while providing complete transparency on upfront costs. The Fee Pass-Through feature applies to events charged at registration, waitlisted, or deferred. If a registration is modified, the processing fee will be recalculated based on the current rates.

To begin using Fee Pass through, head to Settings >>  Account Options and check the Fee Pass-Though box.
