Saved Views

The purpose of saved views is to allow you to save different variations of data depending on your specific needs. You will not only be able to save them - you will also be able to toggle through them just as you would with saved reports without needing to leave the screen.

Saved views are accessible directly from your People, Attendees and Entries screens.

How to create a Saved View:

To create a saved view, we will use the Entries screen for this example.

  • Head over to Registrations >> Entries.
  • Adjust your columns by clicking on the Columns header to the far right. Select the information you would like to see and uncheck anything that is not relevant to you in this report:

If you're creating a vehicle report, select Model/Make/Year/Color/# and any additional information that would be helpful to you.

  • Once your columns are setup and you have all of the information you need, select Views:

  • Click Create new view:

  • Once you have created your new View, you can toggle between any of your saved views on this screen:

Helpful tips about the Saved Views functionality:

  • Saved Views will work across devices! Be sure to reload the screen if you are using both at the same time to ensure the information updates across devices.
  • Saved views can move from one event to another, but if the event setup is different from the last event, the saved view will let you know that some items will not be available. For example, if you do not include a question that was on the last event, saved views will let you know that question is not available in this event. Similarly with a segment - if it does not show up in the event or has been deleted, the user will be notified.
  • Saved Views are only within your own login and are personal - they cannot be shared across admins within the organization.

Examples of where Saved Views are helpful:

People Screen: You can save one report for contact information to include name, phone number and email address. You can have another report for member types or member status' (i.e. New, Approved, Expired).

Attendees Screen: On a per event basis, save one report for contact information. Save another for signed waivers!

Entries Screen: On a per-event basis, save one report for Vehicle information (Make/Model/Color/Year) and perhaps another for Class/Group/Segment.

Export:

At any point, you can export the views by clicking this button here:
